NSCDL (N.S.COMPUTER & DIGITAL LIBRARY) is dedicated to empowering individuals through high quality skill developments programs across the our nation. We Invite passionate entrepreneurs and educationist to become a part of our growing network by establishing a NSCDL franchise. Below are the essential terms and conditions for franchise ownership.
Individuals who own a Computer & Vocational Training Institute or wish to start a new Training Institute are eligible to apply.
Requirements
- Minimum 300+ square feet space.
- Well-equipped Lab Room and Office Room.
- Essential amenities including Toilet/Bathroom.
- Stable Internet Connection for smooth operations.
- Sufficient furniture, computers, and power backup.
- If offering Computer Training, must have a dedicated computer lab with 10+ systems.
- If offering Vocational Training, must have well-developed infrastructure.
- Must have trained and qualified faculty for conducting courses.
- Centers must submit faculty details before starting any course.
- Approval from NSCDL is mandatory before launching any course.
Training Commencement
- New centers must start training within 6 months of acquiring the franchise. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the Authorization Certificate.
Renewal Criteria
- A minimum of 12+ student registrations per year is required to avail free benefits. Otherwise, a renewal fee of ₹999/- will apply.
Franchise Fee
- The franchise fee is ₹9,999/- + 18% GST. NSCDL may offer special discounts for a limited period.
Student Registration Payments
- Fees collected for student registrations by Authorized Study Centers are non-refundable.
Monthly Activities
- All Authorized Study Centers must engage in regular monthly activities as per NSCDL guidelines.
Official Payments Only
- Payments should be made only to the official NSCDL account. NSCDL will not be responsible for payments made through any unauthorized channels.
Location Restriction
- A new study center cannot operate within a 5 KM radius of an existing NSCDL-authorized study center.
Issue & Resolved
1. In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be taken up by the Management Team of NSCDL.
2. The issue will be reviewed and resolved through negotiation under the supervision of the NSCDL Director at the NSCDL Headquarters.
3. If any party remains dissatisfied with the resolution, the case shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dumka Judiciary only.
